I don’t feel the haptics

Turn haptics on in the session options (••• on the Breathe screen). On iPhone, check Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics is on. On Apple Watch, check Settings → Haptics. Low Power Mode can weaken haptics.

My Watch isn’t updating

Open Inner Orb on your iPhone with your Watch nearby and unlocked. Your diary, sessions and settings sync over a direct iPhone–Watch connection, so both devices need Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi on.

Health permissions

Inner Orb asks to save Mindful Minutes and to read heart rate. You can change this anytime in the Health app → your profile → Apps → Inner Orb (or Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices). The app works fully without Health access.

Heart rate isn’t showing

Heart rate comes from your Apple Watch. Wear it snugly, allow heart rate access in Health, and start the session on your Watch for live readings.

Is Panic SOS an emergency service?

No. SOS is a breathing and grounding exercise with a shortcut to call someone you choose. It does not contact emergency services and is not medical care. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

Is my data backed up?

Inner Orb stores data only on your device. It’s included in your device’s own iPhone backup, and sessions you save to Apple Health are kept by Health. Deleting the app deletes its data.

Inner Orb is a wellness tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
